KLANG has a zero tolerance of bribery and corruption. Whilst we respect the rules by which others conduct their own business, these are the principles by which we conduct our business.

Audiotonix – Proposition 65 Compliance
Also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, California Proposition 65 is a law that requires warning to consumers if a product exposes consumers to a wide variety of chemicals known by the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects and/or other reproductive harm. Proposition 65 applies only in the State of California.
Audiotonix – Statement On Conflict Minerals
The Dodd-Frank Act Section 1502(e) (4) is a US regulation which establishes obligations for US stock-listed companies to disclose information about their use of tin, tungsten, gold and tantalum originating from the Democratic republic of Congo (DRC) and adjacent countries. The aim of this rule is to call for international action on ending the conflict mineral trade in RRC which fuels armed conflict in this region.
Audiotonix – Whistleblowing Policy
In this policy “Whistleblowing” means the reporting by employees of suspected misconduct, illegal acts or failure within the Company. The aim of this Policy is to encourage employees and others who have serious concern about any aspect of the Company’s work to come forward and voice those concerns.
