Relative Snapshot Levels (KOS 5.8+)
What are KLANG Snapshots
KLANG snapshots store absolute values for channel and mix volume gains, panning (azimuth, elevation, width, mode), mute/solo and tone filter. By default these absolute values will be recalled. When Relative Snapshot Levels is enabled, the snapshot recall buttons in CONFIG > PRESET indicate the relative level recall with the suffix (REL).

How Relative Snapshot Levels work
Assume we have two snapshots and we focus one mix and one channel. Snapshot #1 has -10dB and #2 -20dB channel fader gain. You have loaded our KLANG show file (absolute values will be restored) and Snapshot #1 is recalled.
You notice that you need to increase the channel gain by 6dB for today for this channel in this mix. Simply adjust the fader gain in the FADER. Now if you recall a snapshot it will calculate fader gain differences between the currently active snapshot and the one that needs to be recalled and only apply relative gain changes. This applies to channel gains and mix volumes, all other parameters will be applied in an absolute manner.
